Earnest Money & Reservation Deposits Guidelines


Pre-Purchase Earnest Money Deposit. The first half of the earnest money deposit is 1.5% of the sales price. It is due 3 business days after your offer is accepted by the Seller. The second half of the earnest money deposit of 1.5% of the sales price is due at framing completion of your Unit. Earnest money deposits will become non-refundable after the 10-business day Rescission Period following Seller’s acceptance of your offer. During this period you will receive property documents such as Disclosures, HOA documents, Builders Warranty, Soils Report, and List of Specs & Finishes.

Reservation Deposit. A $500 reservation deposit it due within 2 business days from mutual execution of the
Reservation Agreement. The deposit is fully refundable. A Reservation Agreement is strictly an expression of
Buyers’ desire to be considered for a contract to purchase the Property and in no way guarantees a total sales price or any other terms or conditions of a purchase contract, nor that a purchase contract shall be entered
