About the Neighborhood

Velo Condos is a new neighborhood that will contain 70 residences at completion which are located in a five-building condominium community at 3289 Airport Road. Priced to meet current demand, Velo offers 56 market-rate units and 14 income-restricted permanently affordable units. "Phase 1", containing the first 40 units in Buildings C, D & E, were built and sold out in 2021-2022. "Phase 2" will contain the 30 remaining units to be built in Buildings A & B.

Velo Condos is located in the northeast area of Boulder, convenient to Cottonwood, Goose Creek, and Wonderland Creek Bike Paths, the 208 RTD bus route, and Foothills Parkway.
